York Diamond Series X301 Cross Trainer

This is one of two high end models (the York x302 being the other) in the York Fitnes cross trainer range. The York x301 cross trainer delivers a range of features for users who want a that little bit more out their workout. It has much of the same features as the x201 like adjustable stride lengths, 16 magentic resistance levels and 22 work out programs including heart rate control and target workouts depending on whether you want tone-up, increase your stamina and so on. What makes this better is the use of a class A rated ergometer. This measures the actual energy and effort that you are exerting when you exercise. There are two sets of handle bars that both have pulse sensors on them so you can continuously measure your heart rate with whichever position you are using. If you prefer to have a more accurate reading of your heart rate, there is also a wireless chest reciever

A target heart rate program means you can direct your workout to specific areas, whether that is burning fat or improving aerobic capacity and the hand pulse sensors are conveniently located on the moving arms.
